Back in September I decided to explore one of the nearby places managed by the Forestry Service. The Red River National Wildlife Refuge is a small refuge just southeast of Shreveport, tucked in against the Red River. It has many talking and biking trails that overlook parts of the river as well as a lake and swamp that sit inside of the refuge.

I also had a few other photos on that roll that aren’t from the refuge, but don’t have much of a theme to them other than they are all on the same roll with the above photos.
